Made of 5mm pure wool, this make a wonderful gift for someone else or even for yourself! We have several sizes, but if your are between sizes, order the size larger and trim the pair down to match your shoe size. Most think of wool insoles for the colder months to keep feet warm. These thick insoles will certainly do that. But we recommend wearing these year-round, as wool naturally wicks heat and sweat away from skin and disperses it through the wool, cooling feet. Because wool is naturally anti-bacterial and anti-fungal, making it ideal fiber for shoe insoles.

We recommend hand-washing insoles under a faucet of cool water with mild soap every couple months and air-drying them to keep from further felting and shrinking.
